I really like the simplicity of this and I think it's beautiful. I think it's excellent poetry. It's a beautiful and poetic thought that really strikes home in such a simple and efficient way. Well done! I think the only thing that I'd change is to remove the punctuation, because really, it isn't necessary at all and distracted me from the simplicity of it all. But still, wonderful!

And thanks for the favorite on it. *grins again* It feels good to produce something that is beautiful and simple and I am just plain old happy with. I don't usually manage haiku (or any short short poetry) well, but every once in a while I surprise myself.
